Before using this unit, carefully read the sections entitled: "USING THE UNIT

About the sound generator modes The SD-20 has four sound generator modes: Native, GM2, GS, and XGlite. GM2 and Native modes offer three sound sets. Native mode This mode is unique to the SD-20. It provides three sound sets that can be switched using MIDI bank select messages.
