WARRANTY

Important
The receipt must be presented at service calls during the warranty period. It is therefore
important that you save your sales receipt.
Before contacting your retailer, please provide the following:
• Proof of purchase.
• Serial number of the controller box and the pH probe.
• Date when the device was installed.
• Parameters of your pool (salinity, pH, chlorine rate, water temperature, stabilizing agent rate,
pool volume, daily filtration time...).
All our care and technical experiment was brought into making this device. It has undergone quality
control. If in despite of all the care and the technical know-how brought into its manufacture, you
have to involve our warranty, this one would apply only to the free replacement of the defective
parts of our material (this does not include transport costs).
The warranty period is according to the national laws regarding consumer purchase. The warranty
period applies from the date of purchase on your purchase receipt. The manufacturer guarantees
safe operation and product liability based on the following specific conditions:
• System installed and used in accordance with the manual's instructions.
• Use only original spare parts
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, abrasions or cosmetic damage.
More specifically, the warranty does not cover damage caused if:
• Improper use or handling, including frost damages
• Fall or shock
• Repairs, alterations or etc. performed by anyone other than Swim & Fun Scandinavia
• Improper storing in extremely high or low temperatures, including frost
In the event of guarantee claims please contact your dealer. When returning a defective product, it
must be packed in such a way that it is not damaged during transport. It is your responsibility that
the product arrives safely. You must state your name, address, phone number and preferably your
e-mail address. If the product are to be returned to you! Always remember to state what is wrong
with your product.
The device is covered for any manufacturing defect when used with a family pool.The warranty is
canceled if used with a public pool.
