Symptoms
Motor hums when started
High pressure hose and
pistol shake.
By-pass valve "hammers"
or pressure gauge oscil-
lates with open pistol.

intended (Automatic).

FAULTFINDING

Cause
Fuse burnt out.
Fault on the power line.
Air in the pump.
Lack of water.
Nozzle partly blocked.
Front nozzle partly blocked.
Pressure nozzle partly
blocked.
Wrong nozzle.
Pulsation in the water inlet.
Turbo Laser dirty.
Turbo Laser filter
dirty.
Wrong nozzle.
Gaskets defective.
Detergent tank empty.
Detergent filter dirty.
Metering valve closed.
Turbo Laser filter
dirty.
Water capacity regulator
partly closed (662)
Lacks water.
The suction side of the pump
leaks (takes in air).
High pressure nozzle blocked.

Corrective action
Change fuse. If fuse burns out again
or motor still hums,
contact service department.
Check voltage in the plug.
Tighten suction hose.
Clean suction filter. Open tap comple-
tely.
Disconnect and clean the nozzle.
Disconnect and clean front nozzle.
Disconnect and clean pressure
nozzle.
Change nozzle (see technical data).
When the high pressure cleaner is not
used the water supply to the machine
should be closed.
Take apart and clean Turbo Laser.
Clean/change the filter (see
maintenance).
Change nozzle (see technical data).
The leak may seal itself by continued
usage.
Change gaskets (Service kit).
Fill up.
Clean detergent filter.
Open.
Clean/change the filter (see
maintenance).
Open water capacity regulator by
turning the regulator counter clockwise
to maximum.
Open the tap completely. Clean
suction filter.
Check for leaks, tighten hose clamps.
Disconnect the nozzle and clean it
carefully.
Mount new nozzle. Note the type (see
Bleed the cleaner. Open pressure
regulation handle, activate the pistol.
Let machine run until stable pressure
has been obtained.
Change nozzle. Note the type (see
technical data).
