Your new high pressure cleaner is constructed as shown in the
functional diagram and photo No. 2. The machine consists of an
electric motor (2.1), which drives the high pressure pump (2.2).
Through the water filter (2.4) the pump sucks the water from the
water inlet (2.3) into the cylinder head. The pump pressurizes the
water and forces it out through the pressure outlet (2.5), into the
high pressure hose (2.6), to the pistol (2.7), and out through the
nozzle (2.8).
The pressure of the high pressure cleaner is ad-justable on the
pressure regulation handle (2.9) and can be read on the pressure
gauge (2.10). If the water pressure exceeds the normal working
pressure the built-in safety valve (2.12) will open the by-pass and
thereby prevent damage to the high pressure cleaner.
(On the 662 it is possible to adjust the water capacity infinitely
from max. to min. on the water capacity regulator (2.13). Part of
the inlet water is hereby led back to the suction side of the pump,
and in doing so the water is heated by the built-in hot bloc (2.13).
When you decrease the water capacity, you decrease the nozzle-
pressure of the high pressure cleaner.)**
N.B.! When you use the hot bloc of the high pressure cleaner or
when you supply the high pressure cleaner with hot water of
more than 40°C, the pump must not suck water from a tank or the
like. It must be fed with a pressure of min. 3 bar.
It is possible to switch from automatic to manual operation on the
selector switch (2.22).
By automatic operation you create a flow through the flow switch
(2.16) by activating the pistol handle (2.7) and the high pressure
cleaner will then start. When you release the pistol handle the
water will recirculate for a short while via the by-pass valve (2.11)
before the high pressure cleaner stops. Restart takes place by
The high pressure hose
Your new high pressure cleaner is equipped with a heavy duty
high pressure hose. Do not attempt to pull at the high pressure
hose when moving the high pressure cleaner. Be careful not to
run over or in any other way damage the high pressure hose. The
warranty does not cover broken hoses or hoses which have been
run over.

DESCRIPTION

simply activating the pistol handle.
If you wish to suck in water from an external tank or the like you
use manual operation. When the pistol trigger is released the
water will recirculate for 4 minutes via the by-pass valve and the
high pressure cleaner then stops. Restart takes place via the
selector switch (2.22).
Detergent is added via the detergent valve (2.14) . which can be
placed on the back of the high pressure cleaner. By means of the
detergent regulator (2.14) it is possible to dose up to 6% deter-
gent.

OPERATING AND
STARTING GUIDE
Lances:
Your new high pressure cleaner may be equipped with one or
more of the following lances:
• Single lance
is supplied with a fixed spray nozzle and a lance. It is operated
by means of the pistol grip.
• Double lance
is supplied with a fixed spray nozzle and two lances with the
possibility of pressure regulation and application of detergents. It
is operated by means of the pistol grip and the regulation handle.
• SPECTRUM lance
is supplied with a high efficiency fixed spray nozzle and two lan-
ces with the possibility of pressure regulation and application of
detergents. It is operated by means of the pistol grip and the
regulation handle.
• Turbo Laser lance
is supplied with a patented nozzle system that provides an incre-
ased cleaning effect together with two lances with the possibility
of pressure regulation and application of detergents. It is opera-
ted by means of the pistol grip and the regulation handle.
