Installation
Loading unit installation notes:
The loading unit should ALWAYS be installed
in accordance with the diagrams. Air venting in
a rising pipeline to the storage tank is the best
implementation for bleeding air from the system.
When commissioning there will be a lot of air,
therefore carefully watch the first heating cycles
and avoid the highest possible temperatures.
Thermometers should be carefully installed in their
holes.
If the temperature of the boiler
is to be changed:
We recommend using the pump's maximum
power settings to prevent excessive rise in boiler
temperature.
Lower power settings can be tested after a few
burns if the boiler temperature is too low.
Alternative thermostat openings can be found at ~
10 ° intervals (see page 3).
Keep in mind that a lower opening temperature
thermostat can also lower the temperature at the
top of the storage tank during the early stage of
loading.
A higher opening temperature thermostat raises
the working temperature of the boiler.
Note that the quality of fuel burned has a high
impact of on the power produced by the boiler.
NOTE! Installation according to instructions is a condition of the warranty.
