Il dispositivo, compatibile con Soluzioni Elettroniche CISA per Hotel, riconosce la presenza in came-
ra del cliente (GUEST) o del personale di servizio (STAFF) a seconda della carta a transponder CISA di
accesso alla stanza. Il lettore è quindi in grado di controllare in modo differenziato le sue due uscite a
relè connesse all'impianto elettrico della stanza.

FUNZIONAMENTO.
Il lettore è in grado di identificare e distinguere la presenza di carte a transponder associate alle tipolo-
gie di utenza previste dal sistema CISA per Hotel:
• GUEST card: ospite, cliente.
• STAFF card: personale di servizio della struttura.
• SERVICE-INIT card (opzionale): card di messa in servizio del sistema CISA per Hotel e configura-
zione del lettore.
L'inserimento della card di utenza è associato al diverso pilotaggio dei due relè per l'attivazione diffe-
renziata delle utenze elettriche di stanza, ossia:
- Al riconoscimento della card GUEST si attivano i Relè 1 e 2.
- Al riconoscimento della card STAFF si attiva solo il Relè 1.
- Al riconoscimento della card di configurazione SERVICE-INIT non si attiva nessuno dei due relè.
Alla rimozione delle card GUEST o STAFF inserite i/il relè vengono disattivati dopo un tempo di cortesia
pari a 50 s per consentire una comoda uscita dal locale.
CONFIGURAZIONE.
L'eventuale configurazione del lettore è correlata alla configurazione della soluzione Hotel CISA nella quale
il dispositivo è integrato. Questo avviene mediante l'utilizzo della stessa card CISA di SERVICE INIT utiliz-
zata per configurare la serratura elettronica associata alla stanza; l'inserimento di tale card, utilizzata per
inizializzare la serratura elettronica CISA di accesso alla stanza (evento accompagnato da una segnalazio-
ne acustica del buzzer integrato), abilita il lettore a riconoscere le card GUEST e STAFF di accesso alla
stanza. Per tutti i dettagli si faccia riferimento al manuale istruzioni della soluzione CISA per Hotel utilizzata.
REGOLE DI INSTALLAZIONE.
• L'installazione deve essere effettuata da personale qualificato con l'osservanza delle disposizioni
regolanti l'installazione del materiale elettrico in vigore nel paese dove i prodotti sono installati.
• Collegare l'apparecchio come indicato in figura. Il circuito del relè R1 deve essere protetto contro i
sovraccarichi da un dispositivo, fusibile o interruttore automatico, con corrente nominale non supe-
riore a 10 A. Il circuito del relè R2 deve essere protetto da un fusibile ritardato con corrente nominale
non superiore a 4 A. I fusibili devono avere un potere di interruzione di almeno 1500 A.

fine della propria vita utile deve essere raccolto separatamente dagli altri rifiuti. L'utente dovrà, pertanto, confe-
rire l'apparecchiatura giunta a fine vita agli idonei centri comunali di raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti elettrotecnici

che si desidera smaltire al distributore, al momento dell'acquisto di una nuova apparecchiatura di tipo equiva-

The device, compatible with CISA Electronic Solutions for Hotels, recognizes the presence of a
guest (GUEST) or staff (STAFF) in the room depending on the CISA transponder card for access to
the room. The reader can thus in different ways control its two relay outputs connected to the room's
electrical system.

OPERATION.
The reader is able to identify and distinguish the presence of transponder cards associated with the
types of users provided for by the CISA Hotel system:
• GUEST card: guest, customer.
• STAFF card: facility service staff.
• SERVICE-INIT card (optional): card for commissioning the CISA Hotel system and configuring the
reader.
The insertion of the user card is associated with the different control of the two relays for the differen-
tiated activation of the electric circuits in the room, namely:
- Upon recognition of the GUEST card Relays 1 and 2 are activated.
- Upon recognition of the STAFF card only Relay 1 is activated.
- Upon recognition of the SERVICE-INIT configuration card, neither of the two relays is activated.
On removing the GUEST or STAFF cards, the relay(s) are deactivated after a 50 s courtesy time to
permit easily exiting the room.
CONFIGURATION.
A reader configuration is related to the configuration of the CISA Hotel solution in which the device is
integrated. This is done by using the same SERVICE INIT CISA card used to configure the electronic
lock associated with the room; the insertion of this card, used to initialize the CISA electronic room
access lock (accompanied by an audible warning of the built-in buzzer), enables the reader to rec-
ognize the GUEST and STAFF cards for access to the room. Please refer to the CISA Hotel solution
instructions manual for all the details.
INSTALLATION RULES.
• Installation should be carried out by qualified personnel in compliance with the current regulations
regarding the installation of electrical equipment in the country where the products are installed.
• Connect the appliance as indicated in the figure. The circuit of relay R1 must be protected against
overloads by a device, fuse or circuit breaker, with a rated current no greater than 10 A. The circuit
of relay R2 must be protected by a delayed fuse with rated current no greater than 4 A. The fuses
must have a breaking capacity of at least 1500 A.

WEEE - Information for users
If the crossed-out bin symbol appears on the equipment or packaging, this means the product must not be
included with other general waste at the end of its working life. The user must take the worn product to a sorted
waste center, or return it to the retailer when purchasing a new one. Products for disposal can be consigned
free of charge (without any new purchase obligation) to retailers with a sales area of at least 400 m
measure less than 25 cm. An efficient sorted waste collection for the environmentally friendly disposal of the
used device, or its subsequent recycling, helps avoid the potential negative effects on the environment and
people's health, and encourages the re-use and/or recycling of the construction materials.
