Prepare service routine

4.1
• Perform the service routine S.21 after installing the dia-
phragm.
1. Press the Memory button (LED above the button flash-
es).
2. Then press the ABV button (approx. 4s) until the digital
displays disappear.
3. Within 3s:
Press the patient symbol buttons in the sequence 2 –
4 – 1. The service mode is now selected.
• If you do not adhere to the sequence when selecting
the service routine, press a wrong button or exceed the
time (see 3.). The system then switches automatically
to normal mode.

4. Press the ABV button.
Service routine S.0 1 appears on the upper digital dis-
play (program display).
5. Select the service routine S.21 with the
"+" (program selection) button.
6. Press the ABV button.
00 appears on the kV display
7. Press the "+" (kV/mA) button several times until the
service code 21 appears on the kV display.
This step must be performed for safety reasons in all
service routines which can give rise to a hazard.
8. Press the ABV button once again. The digital displays
flash.
The diaphragm location is displayed on the kV display
(01 to 04). If the diaphragm wheel has not engaged,
then 00 appears on the kV/mA display.
