This Installation Instruction is valid for the following Spare-part-Set:

1. Determine the approval and authorized category of personnel using the option in the table.
2. Any person who carries out repairs is responsible for safety during the work, the quality of work completed and safety of the device after repair.

Note!
For Levelflex FMP5x devices, only use spare part sets which are listed on the label spare part list in the cover of terminal compartment.
We recommend that the Installation Instruction be ketp with the packaging at all times.
If the order-code of the electronic module is not listed completely or there is no label spare part list in the cover, check the order number of the
"
electronic module with the aid of the serial number in the device viewer (www.endress.com/deviceviewer).
The specific device details (order-code, spare-parts, documentation etc.) are displayed by the input of the serial number in the device viewer.
