Wegen der spezifischen Anforderun-
gen bei Alternativ-Kältemitteln werden
die offenen Hubkolbenverdichter 4H.2
bis S6F.2 seit einiger Zeit mit einer
weiterentwickelten Wellenabdichtung
ausgestattet. Es handelt sich dabei
um eine besonders hochwertige
Metallfaltenbalg-Konstruktion mit
einem Gleitringpaar aus Nickel-legier-
tem Sphäroguß und imprägnierter
Kohle (s. Abb. 1).
Diese Wartungsanleitung beschreibt
den Ersatz früherer Wellenabdichtun-
gen (ohne Faltenbalg) durch die neue
Konstruktion sowie deren Austausch
im Schadensfall.
Wichtig!
Eingriffe in den Verdichter bzw. Kälte-
kreislauf dürfen nur von qualifiziertem
Fachpersonal vorgenommen werden.

Due to the specific demands of the
alternative refrigerants the open recip-
rocating compressors 4H.2 to S6F.2
have been fitted for some time with a
shaft seal which is further developed.
This is of an especially high quality
metal bellows construction with the
sealing faces of a nickel-spheroidal
cast iron alloy and impregnated car-
bon (see fig. 1).
The maintenance instruction
describes the replacement of earlier
shaft seals (without metal bellows) by
the new construction and also
exchange in case of damage.
Important!
Work on the compressor or the refrig-
eration circuit may only be carried out
by qualified personnel.

En raison des exigences spécifiques liées
aux fluides frigorigènes de substitution,
les compresseurs à pistons ouverts 4H.2
à S6F.2 sont équipés, depuis un certain
temps, d'une garniture d'étanchéité per-
fectionnée. Il s'agit d'une conception avec
soufflet métallique de très haute qualité
avec un couple de bagues glissantes en
fonte sphérolithique avec alliage de nickel
et carbone imprégné (voir fig. 1).
Cette instruction de maintenance décrit le
remplacement des garnitures d'étan-
chéité employées précédemment (sans
soufflet) par le nouveau modèle, ainsi
que le remplacement de celui-ci en cas
de détérioration.
Important!
Les interventions sur les compresseurs
resp. sur les circuits frigorifiques ne doi-
vent être exécutées que par un personnel
qualifié.
