Philips reusable M1196A and M1196T SpO
physical appearance except for cable length and connector, as indicated in
the table below. Refer to Specifications later in this IFU for sensor
accuracy.
Note: These sensors are intended to be used by clinicians that have been
appropriately trained, such as nurses, physicians, and EMS personnel. All
users shall follow the current standard use model for SpO
applications with the finger being the measurement site for patients that
weigh greater than 40kg.
Sensor/Instrument Compatibility
SpO Clip Sensors offer the following instrument compatibility:

• M1196A Clip Sensor: For use only with validated Philips/Agilent/HP
instruments.
• M1196T Clip Sensor: For use with validated Philips/Agilent/HP
instruments and compatible OEM (Other Equipment Manufacturer)
instruments.

Sensors for a comprehensive list of instruments that are compatible with
each sensor.
