To close an insurance for your e-bike the following
specifications are required:
• Brand and type e-bike: QWIC, -bike, modell name
(Performance RD11, RD11 Speed, MD11, MD11 speed,
MA11 speed of MN380)
• Vin numer: your unique Vin number
(see page 38)
• Brand en type ART approved lock:
• Key number: our unique key number
• Date of purchase:

Please note there is a separate key for the
battery lock.
Remember to take a picture of the key

number or write it down on page number
38. In case of loss you will be allowed to
order a new key with this number.
