Try a lower power assistance level
Especially on flat terrain, under normal circumstances the
highest assistance levels on the motor are too powerful.
Sometimes a lower level can lead to a more comfortable
experience. If a long range is your goal, try a lower
assistance level. You will see you'll get a lot further!
Removing and mounting the battery from the frame
The Performance series are equipped with an integrated
frame battery.
Removing the battery
Disconnecting and removing the battery starts with
unlocking the battery. The lock is situated on the left side
of the bicycle at the top of the battery. To unlock, first grasp
the aluminium handle on the battery firmly. Insert the
designated battery key in the lock, turn it counterclockwise
and hold it there to open the lock. Now pull the battery
toward you on the left side. You will notice the battery
pivots toward you. In this position you can pull the battery
out of the bicycle frame.

force to remove the battery from the frame.
Hold the battery firmly when removing it, to
make sure the battery does not slip from your
hands when it suddenly comes loose.

Remove the key after placing the battery,
