Seat Cushion Replacement - 5-Star Base
1.
Position the chair as shown. Locate the 4 screws that attach the
mechanism to the seat and remove them by using a T-30 torx driver.
2.
The seat cushion can now by lifted off the mechanism and set aside.
3.
Slide the new seat cushion into place and align the holes in the seat
with the mounting holes in the mechanism.
4.
Insert the 4 new screws and tighten to 45 in-lbs (5 Nm).
