Appropriate application

TDC 200 is a robust food thermometer to measure the temperature of semi-solid
substances. Depending on the probe used, the thermometer can be used in the
following sectors: gastronomy, refrigeration, industrial kitchens, supermarkets,
Incoming goods inspections, HACCP.
The following components of the product are designed for continuous con-
tact with foodstuffs in accordance with the regulation (EC) 1935/2004:
The measuring probe starting from the measuring tip down to 1cm from
the probe grip or the plastic housing.

Operation

When the acoustic signal is active, you will hear a signal sound when pushing
and whenever the alarm values are exceeded or underrun.
When the illumination is active, the display light will switch on for 5 seconds when
using the buttons and whenever the alarm values are exceeded or underrun.
When AutoOff is active, the device will switch off automatically after the buttons
have not been used for 10 minutes.
When Auto Hold is active, AutoHold will fl ash. If the measuring value is stable within
the selected period of time, the value will be held. AutoHold will be illuminated.

Switch the device on: Press
Switch the device off: Press and hold
Device is switched on.
Immerse/put probe into the measuring object --> The current measuring values
will be shown.
Hold measuring value manually:
Push --> Measuring value will be held and HOLD will be illuminated.

Alarm value exceeded/underrun- ALARM and
or (lower alarm value underrun) will fl ash.
