These assembly instructions should only be used in conjunction with the installation, operating and maintenance instructions provided with the respective valve. The GEMÜ 1104 opening stroke limiter should only be installed after installation of the valve body has been completed. -

Gewinde der Hubbegrenzung 1 mit geeignetem Schmiermittel fetten. Lubricate thread of the stroke limiter 1 with a suitable lubricant. Ventil in Off en-Position bringen (siehe jeweilige Einbau- und Montageanleitung). Move the valve to the open position (see respective installation, operating and maintenance instructions). 1104 3 / 8... - Seite 4 Remove sealing plug a (and optical position indicator b, depending on version) from actuator c. Ventil in Geschlossen-Position bringen (siehe jeweilige Einbau- und Montageanleitung). - Seite 6 Mutter 2 im Uhrzeigersinn drehen, bis sie auf Antrieb c aufl iegt. Hubbegrenzung 1 darf sich dabei nicht mitdrehen! Turn nut 2 clockwise until it comes into contact with actuator c. Ensure stroke limiter 1 does not turn with the nut. 1104 6 / 8...
