Intended use

The product serves as an indoor scratching
post for cats. The product is not intended for
commercial use.

Safety information

Important: read these assembly instruc-
tions carefully and keep them in a safe
place!
Life-threatening hazard!
• Never leave children unattended with the pack-
aging materials. There is a risk of suffocation.
• The product is not a toy or a climbing appa-
ratus! Ensure that persons, especially children,
do not pull themselves up on the product or
stand on it. The product can tip over.
Risk of injury!
• Make sure the product is properly stabilised
before use!
• Place the product on a level and solid surface.
Do not place it near stairs.
• Do not place hazardous items like candles on
or near the product.
• Check the product regularly for wear. Check
regularly to make sure all screws are tight! The
product should only be used if it is in perfect
condition!
• The product may only be used for its intended
purpose.
• Do not exceed the maximum load capacity.
• The product is intended for solid ceilings only,
and is not to be used with suspended ceilings.
Assembly
1. Remove the packaging and lay out all the
parts of the product on the floor.
2. Assemble the product according to Figs. B–E.
Note: if the ceiling height is 240–250cm, use
the small stabiliser (10) as shown in Fig. C.
If the ceiling height is 250–260cm, use the large
stabiliser (11) as shown in Fig. D.
3. Use the ceiling attachment (9) to tightly fasten
the product between the ceiling and the floor.
4. Fasten the ceiling attachment with the wing
nuts (Fig. C/D).
