ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
CLEANING THE SENSOR FILTER

The sensor filter can be accessed directly from the vacuum chamber; it is connected by means of a small tube

sensor fixed on the rear of the machine.
1) Remove the tray dies and polythene insertion plates from the chamber.
2) Clean filter A
with compressed air. If the residua are difficult to remove, unscrew the filter using a No. 13 hex wrench
(Fig. 1) and immerse it in a solution of water and vinegar, then dry with compressed air.
3) Remove the small tube
replace with a new tube, if necessary.
4) Refit the rear panel D

from the sensor hose connector and the connector on the chamber to see if it is clean;
, by fixing the 10 screws using a No. 3 T male hex wrench, including the two screws
