ATTENTION!
• Please contact the companies that supply food gases for the gas mixture that best suits your requirements.
They will also supply the pressure reducer. Strictly comply with the gas manufacturer's instructions for
proper use of the gas cylinders and gas pressure reducers!
• Use a suitable connection pipe for the attachment on the cylinder and that on the machine. In most cases, the
pipes used have an external diameter of 10 mm.
• Tighten the pipe properly on the pressure regulator attachment side with pipe clamps.
• Use only nitrogen (N ), carbon dioxide (CO
2
gas mixtures.
• Never use oxygen (O ), other explosive or flammable gases, gas mixtures containing oxygen (O
2
sive or flammable gases that are not suitable for food packaging.
• Anchor the gas cylinders firmly so as to prevent them from falling over.
7) Connect the compressed air for additional sealing pressure.
Fasten the compressed air pipe to the relative compressed air

attachment on the rear side of the machine and tighten it
with pipe clamps.
Only use clean and dry air.
Adjust the pressure to the maximum value of 1 bar.
8) Perform the preliminary cleaning operations of the vacuum
chamber.
The machines have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected be-
fore being shipped. However, we recommend them to be cleaned
once again in order to remove possible contaminants deposited
though accidental contact with sources of risk after the machine
has been unpacked. Clean the vacuum chamber with a soft cloth
dampened with drinking water. It is recommended not to use
aggressive detergents, steel wool, scrapers or abrasive, acidic
or aggressive substances, which could irreparably damage the
internal surfaces of the vacuum chamber. Once cleaned, rinse
thoroughly with a soft cloth dampned with drinking water.
Remove impurities or foreign bodies, if any, from the trayholder

table and check to make sure that the two NEOPRENE sealing

gaskets of the vacuum chamber are intact and in place.
