Making Kibbeh (minced meat rolls)
Stuffing:
Mutton 100 g
Olive oil 1 1/2 tbsp
Onion 1 1/2 tbsp
Flour 1 1/2 tbsp
Spices to taste
Salt to taste
Chop the meat three times for the filling and three times for the rolls and mix the
