ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION

Hold the head firmly and insert it into the
head inlet.
Insert the screw conveyor with its long
end pointing forward into the head and
turn it slightly until it is firmly seated in the
motor housing.
Place the desired cutting plate on the
cutting blade and slide the protrusions
into the slot.
Turn the locker clockwise until the head is
firmly seated.
Place the cutting blade on the shaft of the
screw conveyor and make sure that the
knife is pointing forward. If the knife is
not mounted correctly, the meat will not
be crushed.
Press with one finger on the middle of the
cutting plate and tighten the fixing ring
with the other hand. Do not overtighten
the ring.
