IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO WORK WITH THE BED HANGING ON THE ROPES OF
THE WINCH OR TO THE CHAIN: ALL THE WORKING OPERATIONS MUST BE CARRIED
OUT WITH THE BED RESTING ON THE PINS AND THE WINCH ENTIRELY FREE.
IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO WINCH THE BED WITH WEIGHTS OR LOADS LAYING
ON IT.
During work do not allow unauthorized persons to stay beside the press.
FAILURE TO OBSERVE THESE RECOMMENDATIONS may cause even serious damage to
the press and/or to the persons working with it.
THE MANUFACTURER CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO PERSONS
OR THINGS CAUSED BY IMPROPER USE OF THE PRESS OR OF ITS COMPONENTS.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Place the bed of the press (ref.1 fig.3 ) at the desired height:

Mod. PRM50:lifting it by operating the winch (1 fig. 4), and insert the pins (2 fig. 3) into the hole
in the press body directly beneath.
Mod. PRM100:remove the save-rod plug and screw completely the eyebolt to the extremity of
the cylinder (2 fig. 4). Pass the chain through the pins of connection of the bed and it couple sa-
fely to the eyebolt (3 Fig. 4). Turn on the hydraulic power pack using the switch of the control
box. Move the lever for move the bed, after bed support pins removal. Position the bed at the
desired height, bed support pins insert completely in the holes of the press body, immediately
under, remove the chaine, the eyebolt and mount the save-rod plug.
Place the block squares (3 fig. 3) on the bed (1 fig. 3).

Turn on the hydraulic power pack using the switch (1 fig. 6).

Move the lever (2 fig. 6) in order to lower the ram; carry out your work, then move the same lever
·
in the opposite direction in order to bring the ram back to its rest position (2 fig. 6).

WORKING PRINCIPLE

During the approach phase, the first stage pump intakes the oil through the filter and sends it to
the control and regulation unit where the oil coming from the second stage pump joins, too.
Now the oil is delivered from the regulation unit to the operating cylinder.
At the end of the approach phase, the pressure in the circuit rises, causing the automatic inter-
vention of the interstage valve which lets the first stage oil off. Only the second stage remains
active and carries out the pressing phase till the pressure preset on the pressure switch or on
the maximum pressure valve is reached.
SETTINGS
It is possible to change the high and low pressure setting (fig. 5).
To set the low pressure interstage , remove the cap
