MACHINE DESCRIPTION

The motorized press is of the fixed type, i.e. it is anchored to the ground and has been designed
and manufactured for pressing workshop components. (straightening, disassembling and as-
sembling of bearings, etc.).
SPECIAL APPLICATIONS MUST BE AGREED WITH THE MANUFACTURER.
The press (fig. 1) is mainly composed of:
- a frame made of box sheet steel
- a rugged steel structure bed
- a manual winch (only mod. PRM50) or a chain (only mod. PRM100) for the
vertical displacement of the bed
- the hydraulic cylinder
a hydraulic power pack for cylinder control, composed of:

- electric motor

- a low pressure and high capacity gear pump
- a high pressure and low capacity piston pump
- an oil tank
- a distributor with lever-action maintained
- 2 pipes connecting the hydraulic power pack with the cylinders
- a switchboard for starting and locking the hydraulic power pack.
