legally authorized by the Manufacturing Company, which has specialized personnel
for the after-sale service, maintenance and repair, also for complex repairs that are
necessary in order to maintain the machine in perfect conditions.

2.1.2 GENERAL SAFETY RULES

The non compliance with what is described in "Section 2 – Safety and accident
prevention" and the tampering, if any, of the safety devices, relieve the Com-
pany from any liability in case of accidents, damages or malfunctioning of the
machine:

- The user commits himself to entrust the machine only to qualified personnel trained
to this purpose.
- The user shall adopt all the suitable measures in order to prevent unauthorized
persons from using the machine.
- The user commits himself to inform his own personnel in a suitable way on the en-
forcement and compliance with the safety regulations.
- The user shall inform the Manufacturing Company in case some faults or malfun-
ctioning of the accident prevention systems are detected, as well as of any situation
of presumed danger.
- The operator shall comply with all the warnings of danger indicated on the machine.
- The operator shall not carry out on his own initiative operations or interventions that
are not within his competence.
- The machine shall not be operated without the guards or with the guards partially
damaged.
2.2 SAFTEY SIGNS
The machine has been designed by adopting all the possible solutions for the safe-
guard and safety of the operator. However, the machine may show residual hazards:
that is those hazards that were not possible to completely eliminate under certain con-
ditions of use. These potential hazards are indicated on the machine with adhesives
(pictograms), which indicate the several situations of insecurity and/or danger in an
essential way.
We suggest to keep the adhesives clean and to replace them immediately when
they are detached or damaged.
