Use and maintenance instructions: PRELIMINARY INFORMATION
1.2 WARRANTY
The Manufacturing Company warrants its new factory products for a period of 12 (twel-
ve) months after the purchasing date.
Any claim shall be submitted in writing within 8 (eight) days after receiving the machine.
The warranty consists only in the repair or free replacement of those parts which, after
a careful inspection by the Technical Department of the Manufacturing Company, are
found faulty (electric parts and tools excluded).
The returns, if any, shall be previously agreed upon with the Manufacturing Company
and they shall be sent ex works.
The replacements or repairs of the parts under warranty shall not extend in any case
the terms of the same. The purchaser shall bear in any case the transport costs, the
lubricants, the VAT and the customs duties, if any.
The purchaser, anyhow, shall assert his rights on the warranty only if he has complied
with the additional terms, if any, concerning the performance of the warranty, reported
also the supply contract.
In case the parties do not intend to submit disputes deriving from the supply contract to
arbitration, or should any dispute be deferred to an ordinary Court, the Court of Vicenza
will be the place of jurisdiction.
1.2.1 NO WARRANTY
The warranty expires (besides what is mentioned in the supply contract):
- in case there is a wrong operation and/or collision attributable to the operator;
- in case the damage is attributable to a poor maintenance;
- in case, after repairs carried out by the user without the consent of the Manufacturer
o in case of assembly of non original spare parts, the machine should undergo chan-
ges and the damage should be attributable to such changes;
- in case the instructions reported in this manual should not be followed;
- exceptional events
Moreover, the damages resulting from negligence, carelessness, misuse and improper
use of the machine, are excluded from the warranty.
The removal of the safety devices, which the machine is equipped with, shall automati-
cally void the warranty and the responsibilities of the Manufacturing Company.
