Solution
• Check the power supply
• Adjust the volume
• Check and turn off mute on
the external device.
• Move both devices closer
together or remove any
obstacles between.
• Try to pair with another
external device.
• Enable the Bluetooth
function.
• Place the product to an-
other place and adjust the
antenna again.
