USING ALARM FUNCTION

Turning the alarm on/off

Operations while alarm is sounding
At the set time, the alarm sounds. During playback, the following operations are available.
Stopping the alarm for a short time (snooze)

Press ALARM.
When the alarm is on, the alarm indicator
( ) is shown, and the alarm time is shown
for a while. If you press ALARM again, the
alarm indicator (

When alarm mode is Weekly Alarm (☞ P. 19),
the Weekly Alarm indicator (
turn on/off.

The alarm setting will be saved even if the alarm is
turned off. If the alarm is turned on again by pressing
ALARM, the alarm will sound with the previous alarm
settings.

Press SNOOZE/SLEEP.
Snooze function will stop the alarm and resume
again in 5 minutes.

• Press SNOOZE/SLEEP.
Once: Beep stops.
Twice: Music source stops (snooze function).
Four minutes after the music source is stopped, it
will start fading in.
After one additional minute after the music source
starts fading in, the beep is emitted.
• The alarm indicator will flash when the snooze
function is activated.

• The alarm stops automatically after 60 minutes
unless you stop the alarm.
• The alarm setting will be saved even if the alarm is
turned off. If the alarm is turned on again by pressing
ALARM, the alarm will sound with the previous
alarm settings.
