Making shoestring potatoes
You can make shoestring potatoes with the apple peeler instead of using a grater.
1. Loosen the peeler blade's wing nut. Remove or fold the peeler blade to the side.
Be careful as the blade is extremely sharp.
2. Insert a potato onto the fork and adjust the peeler blade to a deep cut-depth.
3. Crank the handle until the entire potato has been peeled.
4. When finished, fold the peeler arm backwards, pull the shaft back and return the
peeler arm to its original position.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until almost the entire potato is peeled.

Care and Maintenance

• Clean the apple peeler after every use.
• The apple peeler's moving parts can be oiled regularly with drop of vegetable oil.
