Mounting
The handle (13) and fork (16) must be mounted first before the apple peeler can be
used. These come unassembled to save space during transport.
1. Remove the shaft (15) by pressing the shaft lever (12) and then pulling the shaft
slightly upwards.
2. Hold the shaft and attach the handle by screwing it onto the shaft. Attach the fork
(16) in the same manner. The apple peeler should now resemble fig. 1.
