3. The apple peeler mounts onto the work surface using the suction base. See fig. 2.
a. Push the lever (10) completely to the right.
b. Place the peeler on a flat surface and move the lever to the left. Make sure it is
sitting solidly.
c. To loosen the peeler, push the lever to the right.

4. Rotate the handle to move the shaft inwards. Make sure that the fork can safely
pass through the coring blade (1). If not, loosen the wing nut (4) and adjust the
blade's position until the fork can pass through freely. Re-tighten the wing nut.
5. The peeler arm (7) is pre-adjusted for a distance
of approx 1 cm between the peeler blade (2)
and outside of the fork. You can adjust the
distance with the adjustment screw (6).
6. The peeler blade should always be centred
on the peeler arm and protrude approx.
3 mm from the peeler arm. See fig. 3.
7. Pull the peeler arm (7) backwards and push the locking lever (5) forwards to lock
the peeler arm in the extended position to ease the positioning of the fruit for
peeling or slicing with the skin on. See fig. 4.
8. The peeler is now ready for use.
