2. Unwind the power cord to the desired length. Put the excessive part into the compart-
ment located on the base bottom. If necessary use the extender of a suitable
power (no less than 2.5 kW).
3. Remove the kettle from the base. Press the release button onto the handle.
4. Pour water into the kettle, water level should be between the MIN and MAX
points on the scale. If water level is higher than MAX point, the boiling water
may be splashed. In case of water undersupply the appliance may be switched
off in advance.
ATTENTION! The unit is meant only for water heating and boiling.
5. Firmly close the kettle lid and fix it to the base. The unit will work only if it is
fixed correctly.
6. Plug in the kettle. One short audible signal will be heard (if audible signals are
enabled), all the indicators on the panel and display and illumination will be lit
for 1 second. Then the appliance will switch to the standby mode. In the stand-
by mode the display is not illuminated, the current temperature value of water
in the kettle is displayed at the bottom of the display.
To enable/disable audible signals
1. To disable audible signals in the standby mode press «–» button and, holding it,
press . S indicator will appear on the top of the display, OFF indicator - at the
bottom of the display. The setting will be automatically saved in 5 seconds, the
appliance will switch to standby mode.
2. To enable audible signals in the standby mode press «–» button, and, holding
it, press . S indicator will appear on the top of the display, an audible signal
will be heard, On indicator will appear at the bottom of the display. The appliance
will save the settings and automatically switch to standby mode in 5 seconds.
In the description of the operation process of the appliance it is implied that audible
signals are enabled.
The Ready for Sky technology
The Ready for Sky technology enables to use the software app of the same name to
control the appliance remotely from a smartphone or tablet.
1. Download the software from the AppStore or Google Play (depending on your
operating system) onto your smartphone or tablet.
2. Open the Ready for Sky app, create an account and follow the prompts that
appear on the screen.
3. Switch the kettle to the standby mode. Press and hold down «+» button before
synchronization starts. An audible signal will be heard. During synchronization

and indicators will be alternately lit up on the top of the display. Then
the appliance will switch to the standby mode after the connection is complete.
If within 10 seconds the connection won't be made, the appliance will switch to the
standby mode.
4. To disable remote control feature press and hold down «-» button in the
standby mode until an audible signal is heard.
To ensure a stable connection, the mobile device should be no more than 10 metres
from the appliance.

Boiling water

1. Press . Water heating process will start. 100°С indicator will be lit on the top
of display. The current temperature value of water in the kettle is displayed at
the bottom of the display.
2. After water comes to a boil an audible signal will be heard, 100°С indicator will
go out and the appliance will switch to the standby mode.
3. To interrupt the water heating process repress
the base.
Heating water without boiling
This is the recommended mode for bottled artisan or filtered water. Water which has
not been boiled retains its natural properties, which is particularly important when
brewing premium teas.
You may adjust the water heating temperature between 40°С and 90°С in 5°С in-
terval.
1. Press . The button indicator will start blinking. The heating process will start,
heating temperature value will appear on the top of the display (default tem-
perature is 80°С).
2. Use «+» and «–» buttons to adjust the desired heating temperature value. The
temperature value indicator will start flashing. The appliance will save settings
in a few seconds; the temperature value will be lit up solid.
3. After the desired temperature is reached an audible signal will be heard and
appliance will switch to the heating mode. The temperature value indicator and
button indicator will be lit up solid in this mode.
4. To interrupt the water heating process repress
the base.
If the temperature in the kettle is higher than the desired heating temperature the
heating process won't be enabled.
To switch to the „Heated boiling" mode during heating process press
