Troubleshooting

DEFECT
Pressure gauge shows higher
pressure than 1 bar.
Water outflow from waste
socket.
Water flows to the waste.
Filtration vessel leakage.
Motor of the pump does not
run.
Sand in the pool.
Leaks at hose connections.
Only specialised company is allowed to carry out repairs on pumps.
Note: After certain type of operation in connection with wear of mechanical seal
between the pump chamber and motor, you can see water leaks. This is standard
condition. If water leaks grow to intolerable level, have the mechanical seal changed.

Warranty conditions

This filtration device has been produced from high quality materials. All its compo-
nents were checked and found wholesome, the warranty period is 24 months from
purchase date. Keep all documents on purchase together with these Instructions
for Use. The invoice or bill is necessary for lodgement of any claim
• Claims are governed by Czech Law.
• Warranty covers any material or workmanship defects.
• We recommend to check completeness of the product when you buy it.
• After the purchase, check integrity of the transport packaging, condition of the
CAUSE
Clogged sand fill.
This means that valve seating
faces are damaged.
Impurities around the sealing of
six-way valve.
Defective sealing.
The plug is out of the socket.
Tripped earth-leakage circuit
breaker.
Defective motor of the pump.
If the sand fill is new, the grains
in it are smaller then set size.
Sand in six-way valve (residues
from backwashing).
The partition dividing the
chamber for cleaned water is
not correctly installed.
Bottom screen is damaged.
Leaks at seating faces of hose
connections.
SOLUTION
Carry out then backwashing
operation.
Have the valve repaired.
Unscrew the six-way valve from
the filtration vessel lid and
clean the sealing.
Check the sealing and change it
if it is necessary.
Put the plug in the socket.
Switch the earth-leakage circuit
breaker, if it immediately trip
again, the pump motor is
Change the motor.
Repeat the back washing ope-
ration several times, until the
backwashing water is clean.
Set the position "Backwashing"
and pump water to drain for
approximately 30 seconds.
Check installation correctness
of the partition.
Change the bottom screen.
Re-stuff the hose studsusingte-
flon tape.
