COLLEGAMENTO IDRAULICO
Prendere i tubi idraulici ( A;B,C,D ) dal pacco accessori e collegarli alla
centralina e cilindri come da schema idraulico tenendo presente che le
lettere sono riportate sia sui tubi che sui relativi attacchi sui cilindri e
centralina

ATTENZIONE !
Durante il montaggio dei tubi verificare anche la corretta installazione
degli stessi in modo tale che la mandata della centralina alimenti
sempre il cilindro P1.
Serrare correttamente i tubi al fine di evitare perdite

ATTENZIONE!
Un serraggio dei tubi troppo forte può danneggiare la sede conica dei
raccordi .
Dopo aver posizionato il sollevatore secondo le indicazioni riportate a
pag. 20-22 ed aver effettuato i collegamenti elettrici ed idraulici
( non eseguire per il momento il collegamento pneu-
matico )
si può procedere con le operazioni da effettuare per la messa in
servizio del sollevatore.
RIEMPIMENTO CIRCUITO IDRAULICO
1) Svitare il tappo del serbatoio olio con un imbuto introdurre circa
5 lt. di olio idraulico tipo " ESSO NUTO H 32 " o equivalente.
2) Portare l' interruttore generale "2" in posizione "1" fig. 26.
Assicurarsi che il motore abbia il giusto senso di rotazione fig.21 (
in caso contrario invertire le fasi sulla linea di alimentazione elettri-
ca ).
( il pulsante esclusione finecorsa alto "4" dovrà esse-
re premuto durante le seguenti operazioni finchè non
sarà posizionato il rifrangente )
3) Premere il pulsante di salita "1" ed esclusione finecorsa alto "4"
in fig.26. fino a quando la pedana P1 arriva alla massima altezza.
4) Introdurre altri 5 litri di olio
5) Premere il pulsante salita "1" ed esclusione fine-corsa alto "4"
in fig.26 e completare la salita della pedana P2.
mantenere premuti i pulsanti "1" e "4" per circa 5/10 secondi in
modo da scaricare l'aria presente nel circuito idraulico.
A questo punto le due pedane sono alla massima altezza
HYDRAULIC CONNECTION
Remove the hydraulic hoses (A, B, C, D) from the packaging and con-
nect them to the power pack following the instructions on the hydraulic
diagram. Please note that the marking letters are shown on the connec-
tors, on the cylinders and on the power pack.

IMPORTANT NOTE !:
Please make sure that the hoses are properly connected – the delivery
hose must be always connected to cylinder P1.
Tighten the connectors properly in order to avoid oil leaks.

IMPORTANT NOTE ! :
please do not tighten the connectors too much in order to avoid to da-
mage their conical seat.
After positioning the car lift as specified on page 20 and 22 and perfor-
ming electric and hydraulic connections
( do not perform the pneumatic
connection yet )
the car lift can be operated following the procedures shown below:
HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT FILLING
1) Unscrew the oil tank cap and, using a funnel, pour about 5 l of
"ESSO-NUTO H32" hydraulic oil or equivalent.
2) Move the cut-off switch "2" to "I" position fig. 26. Check the mo-
tor for the proper direction of rotation (failing this, exchange the
phases on the feeding line).
( the upper limit cut-off button "4" must be pushed
during the operations described hereinafter until the
reflector has been fitted )
3) Press the lifting push button "1" and the limit switch cut out
push button "4" in pict. 26 and keep them pressed until the plat-
form "P1" comes to a stop.
4) Add 5 l oil in the tank.
5) Now press simultaneously the lifting "1" and limit switch cut out
"4" push buttons fig. 26 and complete the platform P2 lifting.
Keep the buttons "1" and "4" pressed for about 5/10 seconds in or-
der to release all the air present in the hydraulic plant.
At this stage the two platforms are positioned at the maximum he-
ight.
