A) The working range may be reduced by unfavourable environmental
conditions (e.g. direct sunlight).
B) Only non-conductive deposits occur, whereby occasional temporary
conductivity caused by condensation is expected.
C) Due to the lower voltage of the rechargeable batteries, the battery
indicator will not display a full charge.
D) Operating duration without laser
The serial number (15) on the type plate is used to clearly identify your
measuring tool.
Assembly
Inserting/Replacing Batteries
It is recommended that you use alkaline manganese batteries to
operate the measuring tool.
To open the battery compartment cover (2), press the locking
mechanism (6) and fold the battery compartment cover up. In-
sert the batteries/rechargeable batteries.
When doing so, ensure that the polarity is correct and corres-
ponds to the diagram on the battery compartment cover.

The battery indicator (g) always indicates the current battery
