3. Set the required food preparation time using the timer, including 5 minutes for preheating. The appliance will switch
on, and the power indicator light will light up.
4. Once the 5 minutes are up, the oven is sufficiently hot.
5. Place food on the baking pan, put the tray into the oven, and close the oven door.
6. Once the set cooking time is up, the appliance will switch off automatically.
7. Turn the mode selector to the OFF position and unplug the appliance from the mains.
8. Take out the baking pan with food using the holder, and let it cool in a safe place.
Upper + lower heating combination
Suitable for braising (pot roasting), pastry baking, and heating.
1. Place the baking pan at the required height and close the oven door.
2. Set the mode selector to the position.
3. Set the required temperature using the temperature control knob.
4. Set the required food preparation time using the timer, including 5 minutes for preheating. The appliance will switch
on, and the power indicator light will light up.
5. Once the preset time is up, the appliance will switch off automatically.
6. Turn the mode selector to the OFF position and unplug the appliance from the mains.
7. Take out the baking pan with finished food using the holder, and let it cool in a safe place.
Upper heater + grill; upper and lower heater + grill + fan
1. Set the mode selector to the or position and the temperature to a value between 200°C and the maximum by
means of the temperature control knob.
2. Set the required time using the timer, including 5 minutes for preheating. The appliance will switch on, and the power
indicator light will light up.
3. Once the 5 minutes are up, the oven is sufficiently hot.
4. Insert the baking pan into the lowest slide-in position with a small amount of water in it to collect the dripping gravy
and fat.
5. Using retaining forks, fix the meat or another food to be grilled to the grill.
6. Insert the grill with the skewered food to be grilled into the oven. First, mount the grill rod on the right grip, then on the
left one.
7. Close the oven door.
8. Once the preset time is up, the appliance will switch off automatically.
9. Turn the mode selector to the OFF position and unplug the appliance from the mains.
10. Open the oven door slowly to protect yourself from getting scalded by hot air.
11. Using the grill grip holder, remove the grill first from the left, and then the right grip, and take out the entire grill skewer
with the finished food.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Clean the appliance after every use to prevent the accumulation of grease, burnt-on food remnants, and unpleasant
odours.
Prior to cleaning and after using the appliance, turn it off, disconnect it from the electric mains outlet, and let it cool off.
Never immerse the power cord, the plug, or the appliance in water or any other liquid.
Wash the accessories in warm water with detergent and rinse in clean water, or use a dishwasher.
Clean the surface with a wet cloth.
Do not use steel wool, abrasive agents or solvents to clean the appliance.
Let all the parts dry before assembling the accessories.
Any faults or defects caused by unsuitable or insufficient maintenance are not warranted.
