CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Clean the unit after each use to prevent the accumulation of grease, burned-on remnants of food, and
unpleasant smells.
Turn the unit off, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet, pour the remaining water out of the tank and let
the unit cool before cleaning and after use.
Do not immerse the power cord, plug, or appliance into water or any other liquid.
Wash the accessories in tepid water with detergent and rinse in clean water, or use a dishwasher.
Clean the inner and outer surfaces with a wet cloth. You can use a liquid cleaning agent.
Do not use sponges, steel wool, abrasive cleaners or solvents (petrol, thinners, etc.). You might damage the
protective layer.
Let all the parts dry before assembling the accessories.
Keep the supply tube clean, and check it regularly after each operation.
REMOVAL OF LIMESCALE
Impurities from water collect during normal use.
Remove the limescale sediments on the evaporating dish using a vinegar and water
solution. You can warm the solution, pour it into the evaporating dish, let it react, then
clean the remnants with a wet cloth.
Note: If you are not going to use the unit for an extended period of time, we
recommend emptying the pump circuit of the remaining water.
1. Take the water tank out of the unit (Fig. 1).
2. Press the and °C buttons simultaneously. The pump will be activated.
3. Hold the buttons until water stops dripping on the evaporating dish.
