If the Hose is damaged or worn and needs to be replaced,
loosen the hose nut(s), slide them along the hose until the
damaged part can be cut off using a sharp knife, re-fit the
hose over the outlets,and re-tighten the nut(s).

To maintain good performance, ensure that the vent holes
in the filler cap are free from obstructions. In the event of
failure of the non-return valve (item 27), indicated by a lack
of pumping pressure, remove the pump cylinder as
described, and push out the damaged valve as Fig 10. The
new valve should be fitted from the inside of the chamber,
ensuring that the central spigot is fully located. Re-
assemble the pump, ensuring the "o" ring seal is not
displaced. If the non return valve in the piston is damaged,
consult Hozelock.
Keep the nozzle free from obstructions.
Drain all liquid from all parts of the sprayer after use to
prevent frost damage.
At least once a year, thoroughly clean the whole sprayer,
and re-grease all moving parts, replace any damaged seals.

Dégagez le bouchon de la pompe (pièce 4), et sortez
complètement la pompe (pièce 1) puis fixez l'Agitateur
(pièce 5) comme indiquée sur la fig 3. Ensuite réassemblez
de la manière illustrée.
•
Glissez la tige de pivot (pièce 6) dans l'ouverture de la base
sur le même côté que la pompe. Mettez la tige en place en
utilisant une grande rondelle puis mettez la pince 'R'
comme indiqué sur la fig 4.
•
Mettez une deuxième grande rondelle par-dessus la Tige de
Pivot exposée comme à la fig 5. Puis passez le bout
supérieur de la biellette articulée (pièce 7) à travers
l'ouverture dans la partie supérieure de la pompe, retenez
en place en utilisant une petite rondelle et mettez la pince
'R'.

Glissez la Poignée de Pompe (pièce 8) par-dessus la tige de
