in the factory).
• Comply with the instructions given in the
paragraphs
• Do the preliminary activities described in the operating and maintenance manual of the engine mounted
on the high pressure cleaner. In particular remember to fill with fuel and check the level of engine oil.
• When the engine is off and the machine is completely cold, check the level of pump oil by way of the
level indicator (42). Also check the level of oil in the gearbox on the level indicator (38).
When topping up is needed please refer to the lubricant types given in the

"OPERATION WITH WATER SOFTENER"
• Take the high pressure cleaner to the place of work using the handle (2).
• Engage the brake (40) on the swivel wheel (39). Operation M in Fig. 2.
• Unwind the high pressure hose completely (35).
• Use the clamp (50) to secure a supply pipe to the water inlet hose support (25) that has an inside diameter
of 19 mm/0.75 in. Operation C in Fig. 7
• Connect the water supply hose to a tap. Operation M in Fig. 2.
• Start the engine, referring to the relevant operating and maintenance manual.
• Open the water tap (if connecting to the mains water supply, you must use a backflow hydraulic device:
please refer to the relative instruction manual), making sure that there is no dripping.
• Press the spray gun lever (22) and wait for a continuous jet of water to come through which means the
pump is priming correctly.
• Stop the engine, referring to the relevant operating and maintenance manual, and close the water supply
tap, if any.
• Press the spray gun lever (22) to discharge all residual pressure.
• Connect the lance hose (21) to the spray gun (24). Operation E in Fig. 7.
STANDARD OPERATION WITH COLD WATER (AT HIGH PRESSURE)
• Ensure that the device (37) is not in the low pressure position (Fig. 4-a).
• Make sure knob (28) is in position
• Start the engine, referring to the relevant operating and maintenance manual.
• Open the water supply cock
• Press the spray gun lever (22) checking that the nozzle spray is uniform and there are no drips.
• If necessary, adjust the pressure using the knob (8). Turn it clockwise to increase the pressure; turn it
