Important Safety Instruction

When use electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should
always be followed, including the following:
1. Connect the appliance to an earthed plug.
2. D o not use attachments not recommended by the
manufacturer.
3. D o not place any items on top or next to this appliance at
any time.
4. T o prevent a fire , keep this appliance clear of contact with
any flammable materials including curtains, draperies,
wall, plastic materials etc., At all times.
5. D o not place the appliance near a hot gas or electric burner
or in a heated oven.
6. D o not place any flammable materials in or close to the
deep fryer, such as paper, cardboard, plastic or flammable
substances.
7. O versized foods must not be inserted into the Deep Fryer
as they may create a fire.
8. D o not immerse the appliance or plug in water or any other
liquid.
9. Do not use outdoors or for commercial purpose.
10. D o not use this appliance for other than its intended use.
11. Do not use the deep fryer in a dump place.
12. D o not move the deep fryer while in use or when oil is still
hot.
13. C lose supervision is necessary when the deep fryer is in
use or when oil is hot.
14. T he appliance is not Intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their
safety.
15. D o not operate this fryer when the power cord or plug
damaged or if the appliance malfunctions is dropped or has
been damaged in any manner. return it to the Authorized
service station for examin-ation, repair, electric or
mechanical adjustment.
16. U nplug from outlet when do not in use and before
cleaning.

Learning About Your Deep Fryer
1. Viewing Window - Allows you to see cooking food.

3. R ed Light-Indicates that the Deep Fryer is heating .The
light will turn off after the set temperature is reached.
NOTE: You need to preheat the oil in a deep fryer for
10-15 minutes before the first batch of food is cooked.

4. T emperature Control Knob - Adjust the dial thermostat to
the desired temperature. See recipe instructions for proper
temperature selection.

Preparation
Preparing To Use Your Deep Fryer For The First Time
If you are using your Deep Fryer for the first time, you must:
• Remove any stickers from the surface of the Deep Fryer.
• Open the lid and lift the basket out of the fryer.
• R emove all printed documents and any other documents from
the basket.
• C lean the frying basket and cooking pot with hot water,
a small amount of dishwashing liquid and a non-abrasive
sponge or cleaning bad.
• Dry the unit thoroughly before using.
• S elect a location the Deep Fryer. The location should be on
a flat counter where the plug will reach an outlet.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE BODY OF THE UNIT IN WATER.
• R emove frying basket and set aside.
• U sing only a good quality peanut oil, vegetable oil, pure corn
oil, canola oil or light olive oil for deep-frying , fill the pot to
point between the MIN marking and the MAX marking.
• D o not fill past the MAX marking.
• W ipe the inside of the viewing window with a little oil to
prevent condensation.
• C lose the lid lightly.
• P lug the Power Cord into outlet. Adjust the Temperature
Control Knob to the desired temperature.The red light will turn
on. (See COOKING GUIDE for proper temperature selection)
• W hen the desired temperature is reached, the red light will turn
off.
• P lace food as dry as possible into the basket, Do not overfill the
basket. NOTE: Do not add water or wet food into hot oil. Water
will cause oil to splatter.
• O pen the lid.
• U se basket handle place the basket with dry food inside into
the oil pot gently.
• C lose the lid lightly.
• F ry the food for a suitable time, (See COOKING GUIDE for
proper temperature election).
• O pen the lid. NOTE: The steam generated during frying will
escape when the lid is pened, be careful to prevent yourself
from burnt.
• R emove the basket with cooked food form the oil pot.
• M ake the Temperature Control Knob to OFF position and
unplug the Deep Fryer.
• R eplace new oil after about 5 or 6 frying or according to the oil
such as become thick or brown.
