3 Remove the screws which were attached
in procedure 1 and detach the
Mounting Hook from the Base Bracket.
CAUTION
Be careful not to drop the Mounting Hook when
removing the screws from the Mounting Hook.
WARNING
• The screws required for this procedure are not
supplied. Select screws suitable for the
material and structure of the wall.
• If the Base Bracket cannot be attached
securely enough, use additional screws.
• Be sure to confirm that the Base Bracket is
securely attached to the wall.
Step 4: Preparing for the installation of
the Monitor

Remove the screws from the rear of the
Monitor.

• Be sure to store the removed screws in a safe
place, keeping them away from children.

Referring to the Screw and Hook
locations diagram/table on page 17,
determine the screw positions, and
secure the Mounting Hook to the rear of
the Monitor.

• If using an electric screwdriver, set the torque at
approximately 1.5 N·m {15 kgf·cm}.
• Be sure to store the unused parts in a safe place
for future use. Retain this manual for future
reference.
