CHOOSING SANDING PAPER
Coarse-grained sanding paper is used for coarse processing of most materials, while fine-grained paper is used for finishing works.
● When the surface is not flat, start the work with coarse-grained sanding paper and continue until the surface is flat.
● Next use middle-grained paper to remove traces of coarse processing.
● To finish the work use fine-grained sanding paper.
INSTALLING SANDING PAPER
Orbital sander is equipped with pad with so called hook-and-loop and only perforated sanding paper of appropriate size
should be used.
● Put the sanding paper close to the sander backing pad (
● Place the paper so its ( a) holes match holes on the sander backing pad (fig. A).

● Ensure that the holes on the sanding paper and backing pad fully match; it ensures possibility of dust extraction.
DUST EXTRACTION
Equipment of orbital sander includes dust container (4) with filter that helps to maintain the processed surface clean.
● Slide the container ( 4) onto dust outlet (7) and secure by turning it right (fig. B).
● When the container is full, remove and empty it by opening its lower lid with filter (
● Use water with soap to wash the filter. Dry thoroughly. Do not use cleaning agents or detergents.
● Assemble the dust container (
● Ensure the dust container is well fixed on the dust outlet by pulling it gently.
● It is recommended to empty the container when it is half-full.
ADDITIONAL HANDLE
Additional handle (1) makes it easier to hold the sander safely and guide it when sanding.
It is possible to set the additional handle to a position comfortable for the work being performed.
● Loosen the locking wheel for additional handle (

SWITCHING ON / SWITCHING OFF
The mains voltage must match the voltage on the rating plate of the sander.
Short operation: Press the switch button (5) and hold.
Continuous operation: Press the switch button (5) and lock it by pressing the switch lock button (3).
Switching off: Press and release the switch button (5).
