RAC 230 USO DELLA RIVETTATRICE Il chiodo troncato dopo il serraggio del rivetto viene aspirato dalla rivettatrice, espulso dalla parte posteriore e fatto cadere verso il basso dal deviatore chiodo (A). La potenza dell’aspirazione si regola mediante la rotazione della valvola (B). Mediante il sistema di aspirazione del chiodo, il rivetto resta posizionato sull’ugello anche tenendo la testa della rivettatrice rivolta verso il basso, aumentando notevolmente la praticità... -

RAC 230 HOW TO USE YOUR RIVETING TOOL After the clamping, the sheared nail is piped by the riveting tool, ejected from the back and let fall down by the nail deviator (A). By swinging the valve (B) you can adjust the suction power. By the suction nail system, the rivet remains in the nozzle also turning over the head of the riveting tool downwards: this detail increases a lot the usefulness of the riveting tool. - Seite 16 RAC 230 Nel caso si desideri convogliare gli spezzoni dei chiodi tranciati all’interno di un contenitore, estrarre dalla rivettatrice il deviatore chiodo (A) e la relativa riduzione (B). Quindi connettere alla rivettatrice un tubo ø 10 x 8 (C) inserendolo nel raccordo (D).

Si dovrà quindi procedere alla pulizia dei suddetti morsetti ed alla successiva lubrificazione oppure, in caso di usura che ne comprometta il corretto funzionamento, alla loro sostituzione.
