Overview

The ESBK-7046 Disk Unit is a hard disk unit that
provides storage of video and audio signals for the ES-
7 EditStation™. By controlling the disk unit from the
EditStation software supplied with the EditStation, you
can perform non-linear editing of signals stored on the
hard disk. A maximum of about two hours of video
signals can be stored on the disk unit in high-quality
mode. To increase capacity, you can connect up to
additional three ESBK-7046 Disk Units to this unit.
The ESBK-7046 and ESBK-7045 can be used
together. Up to four ESBK-7046 and ESBK-7045
units can be connected to the ES-7. ESBK-7046 and
ESBK-7045 units can be connected in any order.
Very occasionally, noise may appear on the screen
during use, or the screen may gray out momentarily. If
this occurs, check by repeating an operation such as
timeline playback or downloading.

Caution
Never move the unit while it is powered on (while the
power indicator is lit).
Moving the unit while it is powered on can result in
malfunctions or damage to the unit.
