OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Caution
Prior to using a new unit, wipe the surface with a wet cloth and wash the removable accessories in warm water due
to hygienic reasons.
The unit has a built-in safety catch. The motor can be switched on only if the accessories are properly mounted. Do
not bypass the safety mechanism!
• Turn the speed controller (5) from the OFF position to switch on the appliance and set the required speed.
• Use the PULSE position to apply pulse operation.
• Never leave the appliance unattended while it is running or connected to the mains.
• Some parts may keep moving for a while immediately after the motor has been switched off and the
power cord disconnected from the socket. Wait until the accessories stop completely and only then open
the lid.
MIXING (only model RM 3250)
WARNING!
Prior to any cleaning or change of the extensions, make sure the speed regulator (5) is in the OFF position and the
power cord is disconnected from the socket.
Do not mix hot food, let it cool before mixing.
1. Put the unit on a stable surface.
2. Mount the mixing extension sealing to the knife section (9). Mount the set to
the mixer vessel (2) and fasten by turning it.
3. Put the food you want to mix in the mixer container (2) - fill to about half the
volume.
4. Close the mixer container (2) with the lid (3) with a mounted cup (4).
5. Mount the complete mixing extension to the body of the unit (1) and turn
slightly to fasten it.
6. Connect the feed cord to the socket.
7. Switch the motor on and set the required speed.
8. When you have finished mixing, set the speed regulator in the OFF position
and disconnect the power cord from the socket.
9. Separate the mixer vessel (2) from the body of the unit (1) and empty it.
10. Wash the attachments and let them dry properly.
• Do not mount separate knife section of the mixer (9) to the body of the unit!
• Do not let the appliance run continuously for longer than 3 minutes.
• Do not use the mixer on spices. This could damage the plastic material of the
mixer container (2).
• Take care when using the grinder and keep away from moving parts.
• Thick mixtures can stick to the walls of the container during mixing. For
better results use a spatula or add a little liquid.
• To grind ice cubes add 15-30 ml of water to 6 cubes (1-2 spoonfuls) and use
the pulse mode.
• Do not blend more than 1500 ml at one time to prevent the blended liquid,
such as soup, from overflowing.
