To get the best out of your new cooker, please follow the
advice and instructions given in this manual.
1 GENERAL
The appliance is manufactured and tested to conform with
the safety standards indicated in the applicable European
directives.
This manual is intended for owners, installers, users and
maintenance personnel of the cookers and is an
integral part of the product. If there are any doubts
regarding the contents of this manual, or for any
other explanations please contact the manufacturer
or an authorised service centre, quoting the
paragraph number in question.
No printing, translation and reproduction of this manual,
in part or whole, is allowed without the permission
of PALAZZETTI. The technical information,
illustrations and specifications included in this
manual may not be disclosed.
Do not operate the appliance if any of the instructions
provided in the manual are not understood; if
there are any doubts always contact specialist
PALAZZETTI personnel for explanations.

1.2 USE OF THE COOKER
The PALAZZETTIappliance, Alba THERMO model, is
a new wood-burning cooker (hereinafter referred to as
the cooker") for cooking and producing hot water for
heating. It consists of a rebox in refractory material and
enamelled sheet metal cladding.
The cooker
is shut.
The appliance is not intended for use by people (including
children) with limited physical, sensorial or mental
abilities, or without suf cient experience or knowledge,
unless they are supervised or instructed on the use of
the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Use of the cooker, as described above, and its
con gurations are only those allowed by the manufacturer:
do not use the cooker in disagreement with the
indications provided.
The indicated use of the cooker is applicable only
for appliances in full structural, mechanical and
engineering ef ciency. The PALAZZETTI cooker is for

installation, use and maintenance of the Alba THERMO
cooker.
By complying scrupulously with the contents of this
manual you will ensure a high degree of safety and
productivity of the cooker.

The manual must be kept in a safe, dry place and be
available at all times for consultation by the user and by
those who see to its installation and maintenance.
The instructions for use and maintenance manual is
an integral part of the unit.

ETERIORATION OR LOSS
If needed, ask PALAZZETTI for another copy of the
manual.

ELLING THE COOKER
If the cooker is sold the user must give the manual to the
new owner as well.

MANUAL UPDATE

This manual re ects the state-of-the-art at the time the
appliance was put on the market.
The appliances already on the market, together with
their technical documentation, will not be considered by
PALAZZETTI as wanting or inadequate simply because
changes or adjustments have been made or new
technologies have been applied to the next generation
of appliances.

Upon delivery of this manual PALAZZETTI declines all
liabilities, both civil and penal, for any accidents that may
derive from the total or partial failure to comply with the
speci cations contained in it
PALAZZETTI also declines all liabilities resulting from an
improper use of the product, incorrect use by the user or
resulting from unauthorised alterations and/or repairs, or
the use of spare parts that are either not genuine or not
speci c for this particular model.

XTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE
Extraordinary maintenance must be carried out by
personnel quali ed to work on the cooker model to which
