Installation of the complete top roller

• Assemble the complete top roller with the door panels, i.e. :
- bearing block, pulley and drive with torque support on the driving side
- bearing block and pulley at on the other side.
• Lift the entire package using a forklift truck and place the package with the block
bearings on the appropriate attachment points of the consoles (X).
• Tighten the mounting bolts of the bearing blocks and the drive, finger-tight.
• Align the shaft so it is parallel with the consoles.
• Maintain a distance of 10 - 30 mm between the wall and the roller.
• After a final check tighten all mounting bolts and secure the torque support to
the guide rail in the appropriate bore holes (1).
