Introduction

Sample gas filters are very important components in a sample conditioning system. Hence it is essential to
read this manual carefully and check that all application parameters are completely matched by the
selected gas probe (see data sheet at the end of this manual). In addition check also the shipment and
make sure, that you have received all parts.
This manual refers to various subtypes of the AHF-22 filters. The type of your filter can be found on the
type plate. It always starts with AHF-22 and is followed by the subtype coding e.g. AHF-22-115-R-K.
The coding is:
Regard the specific limits of the filter. Please only order the spare parts matching the probe type.

Operation of the device is only valid if
−
the product is used under the conditions described in the installation- and operation instruction, the
intended application according to the type plate and the intended use,
−
the performance limits given in the datasheets and in the installation- and operation instruction are
obeyed,
−
monitoring devices and safety devices are installed properly,
−
service and repair is carried out by Bühler Technologies GmbH, unless described in this manual,
−
only original spare parts are used.
