Diagnosis
Battery pack outside
the temperature range.
Service needed.
Motor current regulator.
Problems while
charging.
Serial number motor
incorrect.
No communication with
torque sensor.
Battery electronics are
too warm.
Control unit does not
support accessories.

Solution
Wait until the battery
pack is within the
temperature range.
The charging will then
automatically continue.
Please contact your
dealer.
The assistance is
adjusted by heavy use.
Turn the lights on/
off and wait for 10
seconds.
Reconnect the battery
charger.
Go to the dealer if the
message reappears.
This battery pack has
not been installed on
the bicycle. If this is
not the case, please
contact your dealer.
Turn on the pedal
assistance and check
if the battery pack is
placed correctly.
Let the battery pack
cool down and switch
on the pedal assistance
again.
Please contact your
dealer.
