This product is covered against any defects for one year from the date of purchase as stated on the receipt or invoice. The warranty
covers parts and labour; this does not include wear and tear or the battery. The device must be returned to us (transport at the cost of
the customer) for examination and will be repaired to its original state if faulty. The device will be returned to you and transport costs
will be covered given that the device is covered under guarantee. The product must be returned with its charger. During the warranty
period, any part that is considered faulty will be repaired to it's original state or replaced with a new part. Under no circumstances
does this warranty provide for a brand new replacement product. This warranty applies and conforms to to article L 211-1 of the
French Consumer Code. By express agreement, no other liability may be sought against our business, even in the case of an accident
involving a person or a thing. Exchanges or repairs made under guarantee do not prolong the warranty. Immobilisation of a product
does not make it liable for compensation. in addition, the guaranty is not available if online registration is not filled out as required
inside the box, or if the product number has been removed or modified. Part 2 is to be kept by the consumer. in order to have the
product repaired under warranty, attach part 2 along with the product in its original packaging.

This guarantee does not cover:
• breakage of the product following impacts or shocks.
• batteries.
• damage caused by poor storage.
• damage caused by misuse.
• abnormal usage of the product that is contrary to user manual instructions.
• Wear and tear.
• Product failure due to any modifications or changes made by the user.
Conditions of warranty:
The warranty may not apply if the product has been opened. It may only be subject to present conditions and no claim will be accepted
if these warranty conditions have not been strictly observed. any action must be filed by the buyer within a short period which must
not exceed 3 months.
