6. Use and operating mode

6.1 Standard operation of the Oximo RTS
motor
6.1.1 Activating the favourite position
- Carry out 2 complete roller shutter up and down cycles up
to the upper and lower end limits to activate the favourite
position.
6.1.2 Using the favourite position
- Briefly press the STOP/my button:
The roller shutter starts to move and stops in the
favourite position (my).
6.1.3 Using the STOP function
The roller shutter is moving
- Press the STOP/my button:
The roller shutter stops automatically.
6.1.4 Obstacle detection
Automatic obstacle detection only functions if the roller
shutter is fitted with bolts. The automatic obstacle detection
function protects the roller shutter and enables obstacles to
be cleared:
- If the roller shutter detects an obstacle when it is being
lowered:
Either the roller shutter stops automatically.
Or it stops and is automatically raised.
- If the roller shutter detects an obstacle when it is being
raised:
The roller shutter stops automatically.
6.1.5 Anti-freeze protection
The anti-freeze protection function operates in the same
way as the obstacle detection function:
- If the motor detects any resistance, it does not move in
order to protect the roller shutter:
The roller shutter remains in the initial position.

6.2 Operation with a Sunis RTS sensor

If the motor is linked to a Sunis RTS sensor, the Sun function
is activated and the favourite position is activated, then the
roller shutter will move in accordance with the information
sent by the Sunis RTS sensor, except if the roller shutter is
in the lower end limit position. In this case, the roller shutter
will not move and will remain in the lower end limit position.
6.2.1 Sun appearing
- When the sunlight reaches the set threshold limit on the
Sunis RTS sensor and lasts for at least two minutes, the
roller shutter moves to the pre-set favourite position (my)
(except if the roller shutter is in the lower end limit position).
Caution: if the roller shutter is in the lower end limit posi-
tion, it will not move even if the sunlight threshold has been
reached.
