4. Place the food tray (2) on the mouth of the
meat grinder head (3).
5. Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
6. Switch the unit on, setting the switch (6) to the
"ON" position, the switch (7) should be in the
position «▲».
7. During the operation use only the pusher (1)
for pushing the food.
Note:
- For better meat processing cut it in cubes
or stripes. Defrost frozen meat completely.
- During the operation use only the pusher
supplied with the unit; do not use any other
objects, never push the meat with your
fingers.
8. After you finish operating the unit, switch the
meat grinder off, setting the switch (6) to the
position «0» and unplug the unit; only after that
you can disassemble it.
9. To remove the meat grinder head press the
lock button (4), turn the meat grinder head (3)
clockwise and remove it.
10. T o disassemble the meat grinder head,
unscrew the nut (13) and take out the grate
(10, 11 or 12), the blade (9) and the feeding
screw (8) from the meat grinder head.
MAKING SAUSAGES
1. Prepare minced meat.
2. Insert the screw (8) into the meat grinder
head body (3), set the crossed blade (9), take
the grate (12 - fine grate) and set it above the
blade, matching the projections on the grate
with the grooves on the meat grinder head
body (3), install the sausage attachment (16)
and slightly tighten the nut (13).
3. Install the assembled meat grinder head,
rotating it counterclockwise until locking-up
and tighten the nut (13) completely.
4. Install the food tray (2).
5. Put the minced meat on the food tray (2).
6. Use natural sausage casing, putting it
preliminary into a bowl with warm water for 10
minutes.
7. Pull softened casing on the attachment (16)
and tie a knot on the casing end.
8. Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
9. Switch the unit on, setting the switch (6) to the
"ON" position, the switch (7) should be in the
position «▲».

10. U se the pusher (1) to feed the minced meat,
as the casing is filled up, slide it off the
attachment (16) as necessary, wet the casing
if it becomes dry.
11. A fter you finish operating the unit, switch the
meat grinder off, setting the switch (6) to the
position «0» and unplug the unit; only after
that you can disassemble it.
12. T o remove the meat grinder head press the
lock button (4), turn the meat grinder head
clockwise and remove it.
13. U nscrew the nut (13) and disassemble the
meat grinder head.
USING "KEBBE" ATTACHMENTS
Kebbe is a traditional Middle East dish cooked
of lamb meat, wheat flour and spices chopped
together to prepare the base for hollow rolls. The
rolls are stuffed and deep fried.
You can make different delicacies trying various
fillings.
1. Prepare the casing base.
2. Insert the screw (8) into the meat grinder head
body (3), install the "kebbe" attachments (14,
15) on the screw (8), check if the ledges on
the attachment match the grooves on the meat
grinder head body (3) and tighten the nut (13)
slightly.
3. Install the assembled meat grinder head,
rotating it counterclockwise until locking and
tighten the nut (13) completely.
4. Install the food tray (2).
5. Put the prepared casing base on the food
tray (2).
6. Insert the plug into the socket.
7. Switch the unit on, setting the switch (6) to the
"ON" position, the switch (7) should be in the
position «▲».
8. Use the pusher (1) to supply the base for
casing.
9. Cut off the rolls of the required length.
10. A fter you finish operating, switch the meat
grinder off, setting the switch (6) to the position
«0» and unplug the unit; only after that you can
disassemble it.
11. T o remove the meat grinder head press the
lock button (4), turn the meat grinder head (3)
clockwise and remove it.
12. U nscrew the nut (13) and disassemble the
meat grinder head.
